SO ILL TAKE THIS NEXT 30 DAYS AND EAT HEALTHY, WORKOUT 5 DAYS A WEEK WITH MIKE AND PILATES. WEEKENDS I CAN BIKE OR CHOOSE AN ACTIVITY OF MY CHOICE. WATCH MOTIVATIONAL VIDEOS DAILY. MEDITATION FOR 15 MINS IN THE AM. WRITE DOWN 30 THINGS I LOVE DAILY. MY FUTURE DEPENDS ON ME BEING COMMITTED TO SOMETHING LONGER THAN A WEEK… AND I TRULY FEEL LIKE I NEED THIS
