:60 Second Sermon August 2: Love, True Love

Okay believers, It’s time for a self-check. Do you love your neighbor as yourself? Do you act in a loving way to those in need? Let me remind you that our neighbors are not just those who live near us…our neighbor is everyone with whom we come into contact. When we are hungry, we eat. When we want a new outfit for that occasion…how much do we spend? As believers then, do we see our neighbors in need and take care of them the way we take care of ourselves? Let me take it to the next level and remind you that not only are we to love our neighbors as ourselves, we are also instructed to pray for our enemies. What did you do the last time someone offended you? Did you pray for them? Let today be the day that you consciously make an effort to love your neighbors and also pray for those who do you wrong? It may just change your challenging relationship, but it will change you for the better.
