Feel Good Word of the Week Aug 11
Have you been holding on to something you know brings you down? Is it a person, a memory, a habit? Doesn’t matter the length of time we hold on to things…the effect is generally the same. Today I’m encouraging you to embrace this Feel Good Word of the Week and allow yourself to be free. Write it down where you can see it. Say if out loud five times…even if you are the only one who hears it, and be free of the burden of carrying it around.
