:60 Second Sermon June 9
Do you feel like you’re standing in the middle of the intersection with cars speeding past you in every direction, but you can’t get your feet to move and you know if you don’t get out of the situation, there’s going to be an accident and it’s not going to be pretty for you? Believe it or not, you’re not alone. A lot of us feel that way and for some of us…it’s a daily occurrence, but I’m here to tell you today that you don’t have to feel like that because that’s not a part of God’s plan for you. Sure life can be overwhelming at times, but it’s at exactly that moment God is the closest to you waiting for you to let go and let Him handle the situation. In the midst of the problem, when you’re standing there with everything around you moving so fast that you just can’t get a grasp…stop what you’re doing…close your eyes…take a deep breath, and tell God that you need Him to handle it for you. In other words…Let go and let God. After all…wouldn’t the journey be a lot easier if you aren’t carry all the heavy weight. So, this week when life is whirling by around you and you don’t Know which direction to go…Let go and let God.
