Sixty Second Sermon
Sunday, October 14, 2018
Today let’s talk about getting what we need. Where do you go when you’re hungry?…We all head to the kitchen of course… and when we’re sick…we go to the place where we can see the people and get the things that will make us feel well again. Doesn’t it only then make sense that when we need to be restored from the inside-out, we go to the source that restores us from the inside out? I know there are a number of reasons why we avoid the source… like maybe we think we’ve done something that cut us off from the source, or we don’t think we deserve to be restored, or maybe we’re listening to people who tell us we’re not worthy. Well I’m here to tell you today that there is no sin too big, no lie too black, no fall too severe, and no person too irrelevant that God wouldn’t restore you if that is what you need. Sometimes, it takes for us just to ask when we need Him to restore us. So, this week when the enemy steps in and tells you that you’ve gone too far for God to restore you, don’t believe that lie because God has His arms open wide waiting for you come and be restored. All you have to do is ask.
