For some reason, sex offenders are harder to track in St. Louis City, than in many other cities. By law, sex offenders are required to register as such, which provides the public with information such as who they are and where they are.  According to State Auditor Nicole Galloway, 200 of city’s most dangerous sex offenders can not be found.
