Ronchelle has been working at the same company for over 10 years. She’s actually best friends with her supervisor TeAndra whom she knew prior to working at the company. While at work one day in the restroom Ronchelle overheard TeAndra speaking negatively about her with another coworker; discussing her performance review, how she raises her kids and she even went as far as speculating that her husband is cheating.
