Bun B talked with Ed Lover and Monie Love about the process of organizing his Hand-To-Hand telethon, which he says took a total of 14 days to put together. He talks about being shocked by the strong turn out from tons of huge names in the entertainment industry- like Oprah, for example. He shares the current state of Houston’s recovery, and what major problems still remain to be solved for folks, despite the progress that has already been made.

Bun B explains why a lot of folks are forced to start over from scratch, contrary to the notion of flood insurance and other homeowner’s insurance plans, which aren’t as common as people perceive. He also explains why help from FEMA doesn’t stretch quite as far as people would think, either. Click on the audio player to hear more in this exclusive interview from the “Ed Lover Show.”
