It’s the end of our week together and to go out on a good note, tonight’s mini concert feature belongs to the “Lovergirl” herself, Teena Marie! She left us 6 years ago on December 26th, 2010 at the young age of 54, way too soon.
Given the nickname “Lady T” by one of her closest friends Rick James, the pair was engaged to be married once upon a time in 1981 shortly after the release of Teena Marie’s second album.
