Simone Missick On Being A “Working Class Actor” Before Marvel [EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW]


Simone Missick is best known for her role as Misty Knight in Netflix’s “Luke Cage.” She talked with Monie Love and Ed Lover about role in the highly anticipated upcoming film, “The Defenders.” She talks about developing a friendship with Monie Love over Instagram, and sharing the same name with her. The Detroit native discusses how she found her way into acting through watching her sister in theatre, and playing basketball in high school.
