Janette and Ozzie decided to legally separate last year after 12 years of marriage. The two could never see eye to eye after trying to make things work. Ozzie moved out and got an apartment while Janette stayed in the house. A few months ago Ozzie offered to cut the lawn since the grass was high and Janette had never mowed before. After coming in to say goodnight to their 8 year old daughter, the two ended up having sex. Ozzie has since mowed the lawn two more times and each time they had sex afterwards, but he leaves without talking about it. They both know it’s over but Janette is wondering; is it ok to have relations while they are legally separated since she doesn’t want to date anyone else.
