Charlie and Dennis are best friends both in their early 60’s. Dennis and his wife Charlotte were together for 10 years but Dennis recently filed for divorce and now he’s back with his first wife. Charlotte calls Charlie all the time asking about Dennis and while Charlie he feels sorry for Charlotte, Charlie’s wife doesn’t want him taking her calls anymore.
Charlie wants your advice. Should he tell Charlotte not to call him now that she’s no longer with Dennis? How would you approach the situation?
