Hindsight is 20-20. And for Orange is the New Black star, Uzo Aduba, she knows exactly what she’d say to her younger self.

The 35-year-old actress got the chance to speak to her younger self in a special video for Teen Vogue. In it, she touches upon career, friendship and dating— looking fabulous as ever.

“With regards to love and relationships, set your bar high,” Aduba says. “Don’t climb down from where your bar is set. Demand respect, love, care, honor, queedom, that you were given into this world deserving.”

Continuing, “Having a female support next to you is going to encourage you to be a better person, it’s going to empower you, it’s going to uplift you, it’s going to inspire you, and it’s going to create an aspirational environment for you. That is what women do for women, so lean into that.”

In addition to enjoying her summer hanging out with Taylor Swift and attending Wimbledon, she’s celebrating OISTNB’s 2016 Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Casting For A Drama Series.

Watch the introspective video above and let us know: What would you tell your 18-year-old self?
