Erykah Badu is supposed to be working on something else, but instead she’s remixing Kanye’s new song “Real Friends.”
Just days after Kanye West brought back his G.O.O.D. Fridays music series with two new records, Erykah Badu releases a “Trill Friends” remix of the Chicago rapper’s Ty Dolla $ign-assisted single.
Combining Kanye’s “Real Friends” with Whodini’s “Friends” record, Erykah unleashes a real-ass remix.
Erykah posted a funny message on her Soundcloud page:
“JUST ride out to this….TRILL FRIENDS REMIX of REAL FRIENDS by KANYE WEST. what up yeezy? BADU MESSIN ROUND THIS MORNIN (really suppose be recording something else …)presently in the BADUDIO w/ ZACH WITNESS DALLAS, TEXAS , USA”
