A young African prays with a bible during an outdo

LUKE 14:34-35 (NKJV) “TASTELESS SALT IS WORTHLESS”
34 “Salt is good; but if the salt has lost its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? 35 It is neither fit for the land nor for the dunghill, but men throw it out. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!”

Explanation:
Every person has an assignment. God put us all on earth for a reason. A useless commitment is worthless. Therefore, before you say you will do something, think about it—otherwise your word is no good.
Back in the day, a man’s word was his bond. Men could shake on a deal. What happened to that integrity?
