Despite being hospitalized and slapped with a restraining order, Usher Raymond‘s stalker is still causing problems. Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster is planning on using Usher’s stalker as a reason she should have primary custody of their children.
The custody battle between Usher and his ex-wife has been going on for quite a while. During their case, Foster has tried to use every excuse under the sun as to why Usher shouldn’t have primary custody of their children. At first, Tameka Foster cited Usher’s touring schedule and his alleged drug use as reasons Usher shouldn’t get custody. Now, Foster plans on using Usher’s stalker as a reason why the children aren’t safe when they’re in the company of their father when their court battle resumes next month.

Sources close to the bickering couple say their children were in Usher’s care when Usher’s stalker Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw showed up unannounced to the R&B star’s home. Foster says she fears that her children’s safety is being jeopardized when they’re with Usher because Jones-Rakestraw made it to Usher’s home despite living in a gated community and having an extensive security team.
With the trail restarting in August, Tameka Foster hopes Usher’s latest stalker incident will be enough to sway the court to rule in her favor.
